Accident

  • Call the Police & Chailease

    110 for Police; then call Chailease

  • Take Pictures

    If your need to move the car for safety concern, please take pictures in advance.

  • Cooperate with Police

    Work with Police and make the record for insurance claim

  • Insurance Claim

    Send your license and the "Receipt of Police Report" to Chailease

  • Repair

    Chailease will arrange the repair and provide a loan car during the repair

Regular Service

  • Maintenance

    The service schedule for all Micron's models is 10,000km or 6 months. Please contact us at 10,000km or 6 months.

  • Yearly Inspection

    The Government will check the rental cars every year on the car appearance (car tuning without registration is illegal) and basic functions (lights, wipers, etc.).

  • How to arrange the service?

    Please contact us, and we will pick up the car from work or home, and send the car back when it's done.

Toll Fees & eTag

  • eTag Account

    We have NT$500 at the begging of your car. Please keep your balance around $500 to enjoy the 10% discount from eTag account.

    (All toll fees charged from eTag account will include a 10% discount. If you make up the payment later, there will be no discount.)

    If the balance is insufficient and not made up in two weeks, the bill will be sent to us. We will pay the bill and send emails to you with our bank account information. Please pay the toll fees to us then.

Fine Ticket & Parking Bill

  • Fine Ticket

    We will receive the fine ticket from the Police Dept., and we will pay first. Then we will send emails to you with the payment information.

    Please pay to our bank account when you receive our emails.

  • Roadside Parking Bill

    You will get a bill on the windshield when you park at the roadside space. Please pay the bill at the convenient stores.

    If you failed to pay in time, we will receive the bill later and pay it. Then we send the email notice, and you pay to us (just like the fine ticket).

  • If you don't have a bank account in Taiwan...

    Please contact Micron Mobility Team (@chloehsu at F16/MTB or @jenniferlin at F11), and we will help collect cash from you.
